“Pretty much everything was not as advertised. Non English speaking guide (opposite of how listed); only two hours when advertised as three hours; said snacks, sodas and water provided (the one bottle of sparking water expired in 2019, the bag of Doritos expired in 2024, etc, offered two cans of Coke); snorkeling gear was and the guide wasn’t even sure if it was on board, etc. There was no snorkeling involved. We essentially drove down past some power plants and anchored the boat a few hundred yards off the a beach. Much cheaper to rent your own gear and then go to the beach. Will save you $980 dollars.”
