“Save your money! It’s not what it looks like nor what they advertise. First of all, it’s not a yacht, it’s a small filthy and smelly boat. There are zero instructions nor directions as to what we’re doing or where we’re headed. The skipper is pretty rude. The boat doesn’t fit 11 but 6 people are best. There’s no seating for everyone. Overall a horrible experience and an expensive one. I blame Viator for selling experiences without knowing or any verification whatsoever. I also called Viator customer service and the girl that answered couldn’t get past her script. Zero customer service from Viator.”
