There are zero instructions nor directions as to what we’re doing or where we’re headed. The skipper is pretty rude. The boat doesn’t fit 11 but 6 people are best. There’s no seating for everyone. Overall a horrible experience and an expensive one. I blame Viator for selling experiences without knowing or any verification whatsoever. I also called Viator customer service and the girl that answered couldn’t get past her script. Zero customer service from Viator.”
